I am a Finnish attorney-at-law.
I started my career as an M&A tax advisor working for an international auditing firm. I have also worked as an in-house legal counsel responsible for the Nordic Markets at a Luxembourg based life insurance company. Before starting my own firm, I acted as an attorney at one of the leading Finnish law firms.
During my career I been involved in some of the largest and most complex Finnish public and private M&A transactions, as well as major assignments from entrepreneurs and private individuals.
In recent years, I have focused on private wealth law, Finnish and internationally located families, business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as their investments and holding vehicles.
The most important thing for myself is to find the best possible outcome for the customer, communicate openly and operate cost-effectively. I take swift action on both small and large matters and you can be confident that I will defend your case relentlessly.

- 2021 - Counsel to US citizen in relocation to Finland, estate planning and taxation of trust income
