I have had the pleasure to assist both private and public corporations.

I have been a part of a team that has advised on some of Finland’s largest transactions, such as share acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, group restructurings and venture investments. I have advised on the transaction structuring of some of the largest exits from Finnish mobile game companies and mergers of public companies.

In recent years, I have focused on Private Wealth Law, such as advising Finnish and internationally located families, business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as their investments and holding vehicles.

I have worked both in Finland and Luxembourg in tasks related to taxation and investment operations.

I am specialized in tax litigation, structuring and legal matters involving investment activities. I act as a trusted advisor to major investors and entrepreneurs.
